Kompetensi Aparat Sipil Negara (ASN) di Dinas Penanaman Modal Kabupaten Pohuwato

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the competency of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Pohuwato Regency Investment Service. The research object is the Competency of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Pohuwato Regency Investment Service. Research design, the author uses qualitative methods, the research results show that 1) Competency through the knowledge dimension of officers regarding the implementation of duties and functions as state civil servants who provide services to those who need various services provided by the Pohuwato Regency Investment Service. The seriousness of the apparatus in providing satisfaction to the community is largely determined by the knowledge capability of each apparatus. 2) Competency through the dimensions of skills displayed in providing services that satisfy the community. The ability of the authorities to create brilliant ideas in carrying out their duties and work is the main goal in achieving the organization's vision and mission in Pohuwato district capital investment. All of this can be realized if state civil servants act as public servants who have the skills and abilities to carry out their respective duties well. However, what is very important is the availability of adequate facilities to provide services that meet community expectations. Open information facilities need to be provided by the department with the aim of providing the widest possible opportunity for the public to access the information they need. Along with the development of technology and information which opens wider access to the public, services are more effective and efficient. 3) The next dimension of competence is attitude. The attitude and behavior of the apparatus in providing services is certainly important in building the competency of the apparatus. In order to create a work climate that is highly desired by the community, the investment service, which is the focus of integrated services, has made efforts to provide services through civil servants who have been entrusted with the task of providing services in a polite and pleasant manner for everyone. Mastery of tasks, skills and an attitude that always appreciates service needs is the goal of the Pohuwato district investment service organization.
